Pipe Arias is my great inspiration
Seven years ago, I came from a difficult situation, from a very poor place. I went to Medellín looking for opportunities, like so many others. I worked a lot selling everything door to door, but with that, I only managed to survive. I couldn’t go on like this anymore. Years later, I was presented with the b:hip opportunity and I didn’t need to see many results. Just surrounding myself with a team of people who wanted to grow and advance was enough for me. I said: “I want that!”
I decided to join knowing that it would not be easy, but I am a big dreamer, I like to envision very big things and I was already used to difficult challenges. In three and a half months, I saved for the investment, and in three days I recovered it. That was one of my biggest challenges, and by being able to overcome it, I confirmed my decision.
I am a born talker, I had the advantage of selling and convincing, and at the same time I have developed new skills quickly.
Pipe Arias is my great inspiration in the business, my example to follow. I talk to him and admire him for his transparency and wisdom. If you want to be a black diamond in Latam, follow Pipe Arias, imitate him.

Pipe is an easy person to love
I started b:hip because of a friend from school who told me about the project. It caught my attention because I was going to have the possibility of earning money and traveling. I was unemployed, so I said: “Well, this interests me!”
In my beginnings I met Pipe Arias, who’s an easy person to love. We became very close friends immediately.
He always wants to help people, he’s always willing to improve and pays attention to the details. He focuses on everything going perfectly, seeking excellence.
Thanks to him, I started giving trainings and conferences. They taught me how to do it – in fact, when I saw Felipe on stage at first, I said: “I want to speak like him.” He has always been one of my references since my beginnings and he is part of my inspiration to continue moving forward.
The truth is that I never doubted my decision, although other opportunities presented themselves to me along the way. I studied aviation, and one day they told me there were positions available for pilots in an airline. At that point, I was already in the middle of my process in b:hip. So it felt like a test to confirm where I really wanted to be. And thank God, I decided to stay on the right path. It’s been 6 and a half years!
I have had the opportunity to take this business to four different cities. Right now we are leading the system in the city of Barranquilla and here we come. It will not be the last city where we open the business, we continue moving forward!

Pipe is the engine that drives this incredible journey
Pipe and I come from the same town. It turns out that our parents already knew each other from before. First I met his sister Lina and then he arrived.
We had both ventured to go to work in the United States some time ago and, upon returning, we met again in Medellín. During that time, we became friends, we used to go out and even shared the same apartment.
As a publicist, I was in my element until I lost my job at an agency. It was then Pipe proposed something new and different to me: the b:hip project. But of course, I and my advertising ego felt that selling was not my thing. However, upon seeing Pipe in action, something changed.
With my curiosity growing, I began attending meetings. Until, finally, I took the plunge and started when we didn’t even have any offices! Why? Because I trusted Pipe, and that changed everything.
I admire Pipe a lot, he´s brave because he went from being an introvert to a leader, understanding the mission of the business. He´s resilient because he has overcome every problem, always in the front and solving everything, not only related to the project but also personally.
He’s smart and has always been there to encourage me. I never felt alone on my journey. Pipe is more than a friend, he´s an adventure companion and the engine that drives this incredible journey. Thanks, Pipe!
